This has come in the form of increased on campus accommodation facilities along with other off campus initiatives such as student accommodation built by investors.
Having provided Student Accommodation Management Systems to our customers over the last 10 years, Pyramid have now completed and released the latest generation of TCAS Online.
TCAS Online is a 100% browser delivered application, incorporating a huge functionality footprint. T-CAS Mobile
T-CAS Mobile is a innovative product offering which can operate seamlessly with T-CAS Online but can also work in stand alone mode to assist Student Accommodation Management staff to handle three main elements of their roles.
These are :-
- Inventory Management
- Maintenance Management
- PhotoStore
Maintenance Management is a mobile application which allows operators to visually track and record maintenance issues which have been raised against apartments or rooms and then log the result of the actions. Once updated, these can then be synchronised with TCAS Online.
PhotoStore is a useful application allowing Gatekeepers and Security to visually identify residents based on the information that is held in TCAS Online but on a mobile handheld device. -
eSitePro
eSitePro represents a comprehensive solution for the management of all aspects of New Home Sales and Enquiries for both Estate Agents and Developers. Built on a MS .NET platform, eSitePro follows on from the hugely successful suite of SitePro products which have been integral to so many Estate Agents and Developers businesses over the last 10 years. eSitePro brings all the different aspects of building and selling residential property onto one platform so that both Developers and Estate Agents can work together to ensure full transparency in the sales cycle. It allows the entry, maintenance and tracking of information supplied by Purchasers, Developers, Solicitors and Vending Agents. Comprehensive event tracking and management reports enable complete control over any development through it’s entire lifecycle, from initial ‘green-field’ bookings, through individual unit requirements and snag-lists, to final closure of sales.

When you introduce a new development to SitePro you can specify a number of parameters which determine the structure and layout of the development

- Total number of Units in Development

- Development Topology, i.e. Streets and Roads
- Correspondence Details for Site Parties, e.g. Developers, Solicitors, Site Coordinator
These parameters can be reviewed and modified at any time.
Booking Information
Once the Development has been introduced to the system you can proceed to introduce units within the development and associate purchasers with those units. These are generically referred to as Bookings. Information that can be maintained for bookings include
- Name(s), Address, and Contact details for purchaser
- Unit number and location of booking
- Phase of Development
- Unit Developer (if more than one developer is on site)
- Buyer Classification
- Pricing, Deposit and Requirement Details
- Solicitor Information
- Contract Milestones and Tracking
- Snag List Tracking
- Extras required by Purchaser with Costs
- Contacts and Correspondence related to the booking
- Detailed of Source and Progress of Purchaser’s Funding
- Completion Details and Milestones
Bookings within a development can be quickly located by filtering on the Unit Number, Road, Phase and/or Name of Purchaser(s). There are a suite of over 20 Standard Letters / Notices that can be merged with an Individual Booking or a selected set of Bookings. -
S-CAS
Sitting along side the Pyramid Suite of Student Accommodation Products, S-CAS is extensively used by many Universities and third level institutions to manage the “Summer Business” while students are not resident. Built on an Enterprise DB and rich in functionality, S-CAS can effectively manage all aspects of a Summer facility. It specialises in managing Group Bookings incorporating flexibility with all aspects of managing large groups. In addition, it can assist with all aspects of catering and housekeeping in a very focussed manner.

Public Sector Suite
Pyramid have built a number of “niche” products for the Public Sector including the HSE and FAS.
